Position overview The Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking to fill the position of Nursing Supervisor to staff in all phases of the Health Care delivery unit, laboratory, radiology, and nursing programs. The incumbent will work as a full-line supervisor to staff, assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance and training to assigned staff, scheduling staff to meet day-to-day operating needs, establish annual goals and objectives.
