The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University, by and on behalf of its School of Medicine for its Office of Correctional Medicine, reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. We encourage you to review these terms regularly, as your continued use of the services will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not want to be bound to these Terms, please do not sign up for the Services.
Services Provided
correctionsconnection.org provides a free service to bring job seekers and employers together. Job seekers and employers can register, create profiles and job posts, and search for jobs and resumes.
Privacy Policy
A job seeker’s personal data will be available to employers visiting correctionsconnection.org. Personal data includes a name which is mandatory, an email address which is mandatory and a telephone number which is optional.
Personal data provided by the job seeker may be used by correctionsconnection.org to notify the job seeker of any news, and or promotional offers relating only to the correctionsconnection.org website. The job seeker can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time.
correctionsconnection.org will not disclose job seeker’s personal data to any third party.
Website Use
correctionsconnection.org may not be used for any of the following purposes:
1. To contact correctionsconnection.org job seekers regarding any issue apart from the purpose of recruitment.
2. To contact correctionsconnection.org to offer any services from a 3rd party company.
3. To post any illegal content.
The job seeker or employer is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post.
It is prohibited to use any text or images from correctionsconnection.org for personal or commercial use.
User Information
correctionsconnection.org does not hold responsibility for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts and profiles.
correctionsconnection.org reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the job seeker or employer to the website.
Job seekers should never upload Protected Health Information (“PHI”) to their dashboard. PHI includes any personal information protected by HIPAA that is related to the past, present, or future health of the user.
User Registration
You may be required to register to use the service. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
Liability
correctionsconnection.org will not be responsible for any loss or damage the job seeker or employer may encounter from using the website.
