Position overview The Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking an Manager of Compliance for Religious Liberties. This position serves as the Department of Corrections (DOC) statewide manager over compliance implementation and training management as it relates to religious liberty protections. This individual oversees implementation of and compliance with religious liberty protections under the Illinois Faith Behind Bars Act, Faith By Plate Act, and Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) across all IDOC correctional facilities,  Evaluates institutional religious services procedures for compliance with applicable policies and procedure, and  Reviews allegations involving: religious discrimination, unequal treatment among faith groups, denial of accommodations, retaliation related to religious exercise. .
